Below are just a few items and links to highlight some recent years of results; my local Pikes Peak Ascent and Barr Trail Mtn. Race results: a couple of you tube videos;  and highlight just a few of my recent accomplishments.  This does not cover my entire career or all of my highlights and achievements as I have a million highlights !!--   Pound for pound I am one of the greatest performers if you calculate my performance rating since I have started racing.    I am working on putting together a comprehensive "highlights of my running and sports career" album here.      Many of you know me as a Mountain and Road runner for most of my sports career, but I also have played and excelled in many other sports to include---- baseball; soccer; kenpo karate and jujitsu mixed martial arts;  wrestling; triathlon and duathlon;  I was a national qualifier for USA Triathlon; swimming; and I was an excellent soccer player and baseball player and I had the potential to go pro in both of them if I would have stayed consistent with these two sports as I got older. 

• I have been training, running, and racing for 35 years.
• My punching and kicking speed was off the charts during the years I was active in kenpo karate. 
• I was a state champion wrestler.
• I played soccer and baseball on a very highly competitive level. 

*  I CURRENTLY COMPETE IN ROAD, CROSS COUNTRY AND MOUNTAIN RACING FROM 5K TO THE  MARATHON--  I am skilled and proficient in this entire range.         

* I HAVE TAKEN OUT MANY GOOD NAMES AND I"VE BEATEN ALMOST EVERYONE OUT THERE AT ONE POINT OR ANOTHER.

HARD WORK AND DEDICATION !!

•  I Don't need to follow a strict regimen.  I am uninterested in a conventional routine--   I train when and how I want.   Training and manifesting never stops;  visualizing never stops;  Training is my job--  my career--   TRAIN OVERTIME---   TO BE THE BEST YOU HAVE TO TRAIN OVERTIME --   a session may be at 1 am when all of my opponents are not training and asleep or working !!
• Predict greatness for yourself.
• Build your mental wall with positive affirmations and imagery.
• Avoid complacency-- get out of your little circle comfort zone.
• I keep an unrivaled workout rate-- there is no one out there doing what I am doing when I am doing it and how I am doing it.    Keep a Continuous Training rate-- 
• I have a hotter and richer wife than my opponents !!!!!!!!!!!!  
• Train better than your opponents.
• Train when your opponents are not training.
• Eat better than your opponents.
• Live better than your opponents.
• Have more money than your opponents.
• Have better training tools and nutrition than your opponents.
• I HAVE A BETTER DIET THAN ANY OF MY OPPONENTS.
• Even when you want to relax, keep your imagery going in your body and mind.
• Be able to go into instant focus mode.
• Be prepared for any kind of situation in a race.
• NEVER BE TO GOOD TO IMPROVE  !!!!
• A champion never rests his/her physical body and mind.
