Thought I would document and share my highlights and summary of my 2015 racing season :

  • I ran 69 races.
  • I won 6 races in 2015.
  • 2- 2nd place overall.
  • 3- 3rd place overall.
  • I had 7 total Master's championships-- and a 4th place Master at the Garden 10 mile.
  • 3rd place Master overall in the Colorado Runner Race Series 2015.
  • 9- 1st place age group wins.
  • 11- 2nd place age group awards
  • 3- 3rd place age group awards.
  • I set one new course record at Rim to Rim 10k in Canon City. 
  • Course record holder at Hermit Pass Half Marathon.
  • Competed in one triathlon and placed 1st in my division.
  • Competed in two Ragnar Relay races with two different teams for a total of 6 legs.
  • Raced in two Walt Disney Races in two different States- California and Florida-- with a 3rd place master award and and 2nd place age division award. 
  • 1st place Master at Pikes Peak Ascent -- 12th overall.
  • Competed in my 3rd USA Cross Country Championships race in Boulder, CO.     2007, 2014, and 2015.    74.26% ranking.   
  • I won the Blue Moon Trail Long Series at Ute Valley Park. 
  • 2nd place overall in the Triple Crown of Running Series ( Garden 10 mile; Summer Roundup 12k; and Pikes Peak Ascent). 
  • Completed 1 marathon (ADTM)  with an age group win.   Remain the Master record holder on the Palmer Lake to America the Beautiful Park course. 
  • Received one USA Track and Field age group championship win.
  • Completed three Rock and Roll Races in two different states with one age group place of 2nd 40-44.  ( Denver and Las Vegas). 
  • Mountain and climbing racing included:  Pikes Peak Ascent; Barr Trail Mtn. Race; The Vail Hill Climb; Race to the shrine; Breckencrest half; Hermit Pass Mtn. Half; and Mount Evans Ascent.

  • 1- 8.8 mile-(inaugural Cheyenne mtn. trail race)
  • 6-  ragnar relay legs
