• I raced 64 races in 2016.  (plus several of the brewers cup races throughout the year, did most of the brewers cup races easy as several of these were Neilson Challenges and other races which were non-competitive).
• I had started out the year with right hamstring pain and some Achilles problems until April- then I was able to get back to some real conditioning and training.   I worked through it and overcame the issues with needle treatment and my millions…
