I like to think of myself as a dreamer. An ideas man. Sometimes these grand visions fail to come to fruition and remain just thoughts. I ran my first 5k when I was 8... I won. When my Mother tells the story she usually fails to mention that I was 1 of 2 entry's in my age division, or that she left me to run the second half by myself. 8 years old running down the road with a group of strangers. I made a decision to take a few days of from my running and let my legs heal. My left shin has been giving me a little trouble when I am running down hill, so I figured a few days off from running would do me some good.

I will admit I was a little hesitant about "it". I've thought about "it" a few times.
