YO! I've Been Here Before Weighting for the Second Yo

First the good news. I quit my blood pressure and cholestrol meds a couple of months ago. I was a bit nervous getting my annual blood chemistry done this month. Did I mention in a previous blog that my wife is my family doctor's nurse. I can't get away with anything so I was praying my numbers for cholestrol and triglyceride levels are with in last year's numbers. I'm Back in My Teens

219 to be exact. Now that my weight is heading the direction on the scale, the time of year is coming that seems to help me become a well-marbled individual. A lot like a steak, to be exact so I am working a plan to continue my quest to become 85% lean. Hey Ralph,

I didn't realize that was you until I saw your profile photo. I will probably get to Sky Sox only a couple of times this year, although I need to try more. The beer is cold and now I'm allowed to drink it! Hope all is well. Really enjoyed your Air Force graduation photos!
