Since 2010 the Canada Army Run (est 2008) has been my destination/training highlight race each year. In December I was notified that of the hundreds who applied to be a race ambassador, I was one of 25 selected (and the only Yank) for the 2018 race. Yesterday the official release went out and this will be my third year to do the Commander's Challenge (5k @ 0800 then the half-marathon @ 0930).
