In COMBINE training, the overall goal is to enhance one’s Athletic Engine through the Primary Elements of Performance Balance, Athletic Movement and Combine Strength. The progression in Combine Training methodology is to gradually layer these elements along with complex overload variables to continually challenge the athlete with appropriate progression. It is important that each drill has purpose – learning to construct a workout knowing why each element was chosen for that individual.
Our foundation program introduces you to Kettlebells, Olympic Lifting techniques, and is a ramp up for the workouts you will have in our Combine Group workouts. The Foundation includes a DXA scan, nutritional assessment, 3 workouts per week for 1 month, unlimited movement classes, and a ton more!
