DESCRIPTION:Are you ready to drastically change the way you train?  \
 n\nIn COMBINE training, the overall goal is to enhance one’s Athleti
 c Engine through the Primary Elements of Performance Balance, Athletic
  Movement and Combine Strength. The progression in Combine Training me
 thodology is to gradually layer these elements along with complex over
 load variables to continually challenge the athlete with appropriate p
 rogression. It is important that each drill has purpose – learning t
 o construct a workout knowing why each element was chosen for that ind
 ividual.\n\nOur foundation program introduces you to Kettlebells, Olym
 pic Lifting techniques, and is a ramp up for the workouts you will hav
 e in our Combine Group workouts.  The Foundation includes a DXA scan,
  nutritional assessment, 3 workouts per week for 1 month, unlimited mo
 vement classes, and a ton more!  \n$175 after March 1\n$150 prior to
