U.S. Paralympic double gold medalist Rudy Garcia-Tolson spoke to fifth-graders at Sand Creek Elementary School Tuesday in Colorado Springs. The students all earned a new bicycle from Kids on Bikes, which works to provide bikes to children through programs that inspire a healthy lifestyle, independence and achievement. At the start of the school year, the students set academic, behavior and character development goals. All those who meet those goals receive a cool new bike. All of the students - 69 total - earned their bikes.
