Army Captain Kelly Calway wins Palmer Lake Elementary July 4 Fun Run women's race
Kelly Calway found a comfortable pace among the lead group of runners and held on to win the Palmer Lake Elementary July 4 Fun Run on Monday. Calway, of Manitou Springs, finished in 23 minutes, 24.9 seconds, but could have gone faster. Monday's race was all a part of her training plan for the 2012 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials, Jan. 14 in Houston.
