Hello fellow Quinnians! 

Hope you were able to get outside and enjoy the beautiful sunshine this weekend! We have lots of great vendors and events coming up in the next months! We hope to see you all there!

Our St Paddy’s run is this week….so get your green apparel and kilts on! It's also ONE month till our first field trip of 2014 to Falcon Physical Therapy-Gleneagle (see below). Always a great hill course to enjoy.

I recently heard a great quote from a CrossFit Games athlete that I wanted to share with you all:

"A podium finish is always nice, but the journey is the true reward"- Talayna Fortunado

I hope you all can relate to that statement on some level, even if you aren't looking to stand on a podium. We all have different reasons for running and for doing our Quinn's run each week. I hope that whatever reason you find yourself out there, that you truly are taking the time to enjoy the journey- wherever it takes you! Have a great week! We look forward to seeing you!
