225, I haven't seen 225 in some time. And I have this group to thank for me finally seeing success without feeling starved. I'm down 20 pounds. I have halfed my blood pressure and cholestrol medication with my blood pressure dropping down 20 points to 118/69, with a consistant resting heart rate of 48 bpm. And again I have this group to thank for my success. I took your suggestions and worked on one suggestion at a time. I had just started cutting back on processed foods the last time I blogged and I dropped 6 pounds. The great part of all this is I rarely feel hungry. |
I took a 20-pound duffle bag and hung it around my neck to get an idea of how it felt to be at 245. Granted the weight is not distributed the same, but none the less, no wonder I was always tired with lower back problems. I am half way to my goal of 205.
I will report on how I am doing with my fat tests next time. I have to say I comfortably wore my black jeans over the weekend that I haven't worn in over a year. My wife asked me when did I buy those pants. If you see me in a pair of acid-wash jeans from the 80s, just don't laugh to loud and give me tickets to the next Talking Heads concert.
Weight 225 (down 6 from last weigh-in) Body Fat 28.7% (down 0.4%) BMI 31.8 (down 0.9)
