After being sick last week, I feel like I'm finally getting back on track. Swam on Wednesday morning, ran on the treadmill Thursday night and swam this morning. I've got a long run planned for tomorrow. After that, I should be back in the swing of things.
I'm glad because I hate being sick.
It never fails though, I get into a good training groove and maintain a good schedule for a certain amount of time and then I boost up my training or change something and BAM! I get sick.
I think I just need more rest.
