I guess I pushed it a little too hard last week because I ended up being sick with a cold on Saturday, Sunday and took Monday off from work. Tuesday morning, I started to feel better so I ran with the Jack Quinn's running club and then this morning I was back in the pool with the Colorado Springs Swim Team masters group. Still have a bit of a sinus headache but for the most part I'm back to normal.
So if all goes well, the rest of the week will look like this.
Tonight: Ride trainer for 45 minutes or so.
Thursday: 6 mile run
Friday: Swim with masters swim group.
Saturday: Swim with masters swim group and go for an easy road ride.
Sunday: Long run of about 8 miles or so.
I'll have to make sure that I eat enough and mix in plenty of naps when possible. Don't want to get sick again.
