Donation Based Gentle Yoga Classes
Mondays 7:30pm-8:30pm
A style of yoga that encapsulates less demanding poses than other yoga styles. Gentle yoga is useful for yogis who are looking for a more relaxed workout. It is great for women who are pregnant, seniors, or those recovering from an injury. It is also valuable to those who are already in good shape but who lack the overall flexibility to be able to do some of the more intense yoga poses.
