Scott Nagelkerke of Colorado Springs puts the final touches on his conditioning prior to Boston Marathon

Scott Nagelkerke did some track work at the Cheyenne Mountain High School track on April 13. It was his last workout prior to running the Boston Marathon (April 18). Here is what he did: Two 1,000-meter repeats at 3:10; three 400 repeats at 1:08; three 200 repeats at 33 seconds.

In the video I said he did four 1K repeats. He actually did two.
