U.S. Army soldier Robert Cheseret captured the Grand Prix of Running Classic 10 K on Saturday, July 24, in Colorado Springs, bazing a winning time of 29 minutes, 43 seconds over the downhill course. Cheseret is training in the army's World Class Athlete Program and is coached by Gary Staines, owner of the Runner’s Roost and 1988 Olympian (Great Britain, 5,000 meters, 13th).
