We're all about creating community around here by connecting runners, riders, hikers, climbers, and all wish to live a healthful, active lifestyle.
Please feel free to share your blogs, photos, events and stories from the trail. Here are some tips for using the site, assuming you haven't figured it out already.
1. Join the "Groups" that interest you. Do this by clicking on the Group. The Group page will come up and you click "Join this Group."
2. To post information on a Group page, "Mountain Biking" for instance, you click "Start a Discussion." This will give you a place to write your story and a headline. Click on the little blue square icon to add a photo.
3. You can also post a blog by simply clicking on "Blogs" in the main tool bar at the top of the main page, then click "Add a blog post." We have to approve blogs (it helps us keep the spammers out), so if you don't immediately see your blog post on the site, don't worry, we'll get it approved and up for you.
4. Photos are really powerful and a great way to communicate online. You can add photos by clicking on "Photos" in the main bar and then by clicking "Add Photos." It's really easy.
After adding a discussion, blog, event or photo, be sure to click "share" at the bottom of your post and send your info out on Facebook and Twitter. That's one of the cool things about this site, you can send your info out to other networks and really increase your exposure.
