When I sleep, I slip away from the wilds of Rothrock State Forest in central Pennsylvania and drift into the western mountains. When awake, I run the dirt fire roads where I put on a 50 miler every October, the Tussey Mountainback. Nancy clued me into this place. It's good to be there virtually when you can't arrange it physically. Salut, to all who are pursuing their dreams on the roads and trails, rocks and peaks. A fave maxim from an old friend comes to mind to share: Settle in on the climb.
