Boston Qualifying: To do it, you need a schedule designed for your needs
Just had a gal I advised qualify for Boston. Krista Roy cranked it at St. George and qualified! Way to go girl! I am working on getting another athlete qualified. She is attempting at Dallas, so we are moving into our final macrocycles of training. It makes such a huge difference, in attempting a goal this big, to have a training schedule customized to the athlete.
