Kennon Roeber captured the top spot in the Cat. 1 women's 30-39 race. Roeber, who rides on the Women's Mountain Biking Association of Colorado Springs team, is training for the Firecracker 50 on July 4 in Breckenridge. She said her win on Saturday provided some good training for bigger races.
"This is really good training," Roeber said. "It's nice to have a local series and the support of the community."
