Colorado Springs rider wins twice in Cheyenne Canyon
LeRoy Popowski won the college 'A' race, then streaked to victory in the Pro/Cat 1 race Saturday in the Cheyenne Mountain Hill Climb. Popowski won the pro race with a time of 14 minutes, 43 seconds.
