Lynne Fonda. Still getting my feet wet trying to do these comments properly. Thank you for your reply. All help appreciated. Mark - I have participated in that tri several times. Great tri for a first time. My profile picture is actually from that tri run.
The bike course starts out on the trail behind the rec center heading North then transitions to the road. There are some small hills but nothing too bad. The portion of the bike course on the road is well controlled by the city police.
