The 2010 Tour of Colorado series begins this coming March 28^th with the Koppenberg

Circuit race in Superior, CO!  The race has dirt sections modeled after the infamous Spring European Classics and the 5.5 mile lop consists of a 2.5 mile dirt section that ends with a short, but very steep hill.  The 200 meter long “Koppenberg” hill has a17% slope!

Ther remainder of the course is rolling paved road.  A true Colorado Spring Classic! 

The May 15^th Excel Sports Sunshine Hill Climb in Boulder, one of the greatest hill climbs around is followed the next day by the Famous North Boulder Park Criterium. 

May 28^th will see the return of road racing to the World Famous Morgul Bismark course in Superior with the Superior Morgul Classic.  This race is part of the May 28-30 Memorial Day Bike Race and Wellness Festival hosted by the Town of Superior. 

The Rocky Mountain Omnium in Glenwood Springs, June 11-13^th is followed by the Salida Omnium in Salida on July 30-August 1^st.  Two great races in the mountains of Colorado! 

New this year, and the final Tour of Colorado race is the August 15^th Pro Cycling Colorado Senior Road Championships to be held at the venue of the 1986 World Championships, the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.  A nearly 9 mile per lap closed course will determine not only the Colorado Senior Champions, but the 2010 Tour of Colorado overall winners!  This race is a Carmichael Training Systems Summer of Cycling race.
