This is a camp planned and designed for athletes on the High Performance or Draft Legal track. Athletes will receive USAT Benchmark Testing, learn and experience advanced draft legal skills and racing tactics, triathlon specific swim strategies and learn about nutrition and race preparation for high performance athletes. Sessions for athletes and parents include Understanding the USAT Olympic Pipeline, Nutrition for Junior Athletes and High Performance Planning.
