Triathlon Swim Training including Drills, Technique, Time Trials Navigation, Drafting each night (approx 2,300 yds)
Followed by Spin Workout (Intervals) or Treadmill Run (Intervals); alternating days.
Build your 'doubles' and Bricks to prepare for Outdoor Clinic, upcoming in May.
Nutrition Counseling, and Heart Rate Monitor training is included
