Andy Rinne wins 4th Annual Peace Officers Memorial Valor Run
Andy Rinne, 35, of Colorado Springs, clocked a course-record time of 17:15 to win the 4th Annual Peace Officers Memorial Valor 5K Run Oct. 16 in Colorado Springs. In the women's race, Rhonda Harrop of Springville, Utah, won in 22:26, a 30-39 age-group course record.
