USA Track and Field Championships.

The USA T&F Champs are this weekend in Des Moines IA. Boulder Running Company/adidas has 3 athletes running there. Nicole Feest and Cassie Slade will be running in the 10,000m Wednesday night and Alisha Williams will be running in the 5000m on Friday night. Below is a link so you can watch all of the races.

Looking for a trail race? We have the race for you. Hellacious Trail Challenge is a 9 ish mile trail race in Palmer Park June. Great prize and money, yes cold hard cash to the top 3 men and women.
