Two of my good friends and incredibly supportive bike shop owners. CS West Bikes and Angletech Cycles/CycleDifferent are consistently recognized for their support of the community, excellent customer service and very encouraging attitudes. (Disclaimer: I have worked at some capacity for both of them...and the reasons I chose to do so are listed above!)
