Sean O'Day of Colorado Springs is finding his form after separating his shoulder in a snowboarding wreck. He placed third in the Run to the Shrine with a time of 42:17. Kevin Morgan was second in 41:55.
O'Day said he missed 72 days of running while his shoulder healed. "It was a miserable winter," he said. O'Day, who runs for the Colorado Running Company, has his sights set on the Pikes Peak Ascent in August. He has a personal best of 2:44.
