Lindsey McManus kept the hot water moving through the grounds and filters, while Jimmy Mesta of On the Ground Coffee Company explained his unique brewing processes to a customer. A cyclist and coffee lover (like so many of us) Mesta built a custom trailer - that he pulls behind his bike - for his coffee-making equipment. It's a cool set-up. The coffee that On The Ground gave away was fantastic. Jimmy and Lindsey did a fantastic job keeping all of us vendors fully caffeinated throughout the day and you'll have to try some of their cold brewed iced coffee soon, it's great! This was their first outing and I'd have to say it was a complete success!
