A few photos from today's USATF 30K Trail Championships. Joe Gray and Megan Roche captured the wins on a course with 3,500 feet of elevation gain. The victory marked Gray's 11th national championship. Roche took a slight detour on course that cost her several minutes. But she found her way back and sprinted to the win.
