It was a perfect night for making some fast laps at the HART All-Comers Track Meet at Lewis-Palmer High School. Runners competed in the 100, 200 and 400-meter dashes, plus the 800, 1,500 and 3,000.
The highlight of the evening may have been Cody Hill's 800-meter run. The 40-year-old owner of the Boulder Running Company store in Colorado Springs clocked 2:12 with no competition.
"It was going pretty good until about 600 meters, that's when I really started to feel it," Hill said.
