Magical day on Pikes Peak. Kim Dobson set a new women's record and won the $5,000 bounty prize. Dobson clocked 2 hours, 24 minutes, and 59 seconds, beat the old women's record (2:33:31) set in 1981 by Lynn Bjorklund.
Jaosn Delaney won the men's race with a time of 2:13:18.
