Cheyenne Mountain's boys' and girls' teams won Class 4A Metro League cross country championships Friday at Fountain-Fort Carson High School. Palmer's boys and the Liberty girls were the winners in Class 5A.
Palmer Ridge runners Spencer Wenck (15:51) and Ali Deitsch (18:57) claimed the 4A inidvidual crowns. Palmer's Andrew Goodman (16:27) and Liberty's Hannah Everson (18:47) are the 5A champs.
