More than 6,000 runners and walkers slipped into something pink and ran to help end breast cancer at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Sunday in the Garden of the Gods.
The race is one of about 130 Race for the Cure events in the U.S.
Funds raised are used to support breast cancer patients in El Paso, Pueblo and Teller Counties.
