We're big supporters of any program that gets kids outside, using their muscles, exploring their limits and having fun.
The Kokopelli Kids Trail Running Series in Bear Creek Park East does all of that and more.
We caught some photos at Friday's run. There are three races in the series, with the last scheduled for next Friday, May 16. The fun starts at 5:30 p.m. There are races for kids in pre-school through eighth grade. Cost is $20.
