A little change of scenery is always a good thing. The Jack Quinn's Running Club took a field trip to the Boulder Running Company on Tuesday.
A big party broke out behind the store as club officers poured the beer while "The Tribe" provided some hoppin' live tunes.
Twenty runners earned their 10-run shirts and 51 participated for the first time.
The folks from the Run for Rawanda stopped by to spread word about their race on Aug. 6. Check out http://runforrwanda.org/ for more info. You can register for Run for Rawanda next week at Jack Quinn's. Cost is $20 and you can pick up your race shirt then.
Representatives from the ADT Marathon and Half Marathon were also on site with info about their race on Sept. 5. Check out http://adtmarathon.com/ for more info.
Great job everyone and big thanks to Cody Hill and crew at the Boulder Running Company for hosting the run.
