Jack Quinn's Run: Ugly Christmas Sweaters, Incline Friends, and a lady named Kat
Sending out a big congratulations to Kat Kiser who knocked out her 200th run with the Jack Quinn's Running Club on Tuesday. She stayed consistent, reaching the 200 plateau in a little more than four years.
And we have to give it up for Rachelle Womack and Amy Webb, who nailed their 100th runs.
It was great to see Bill Beagle and Sandi Yukman from Incline Friends in the house. Incline Friends is part of the Indy Give! Campaign and is raising money to fix and maintain the Incline. Donations can be made online here http://bit.ly/1fnm4eD.
If you're in the mood for a comical 5K on Dec. 7, the Ugly Christmas Sweater Run (http://bit.ly/1i88GgG) benefits the Cerebral Palsy Association of Colorado Springs. Register online http://bit.ly/1gIciqH.
And finally, don't forget about the PikesPeakSports.us/Jack Quinn's Running Club Christmas Bash, Dec. 10 at Stargazers. Help us collect food for Care and Share Food Bank, and toys for the Bob Telmosse' Christmas Giveaway. This event is going to be big and it's going to be fun. Read more here ... http://bit.ly/QGanGB.
