Spring-like weather drew big numbers of Jack Quinn's Runners on Tuesday as about 800 took to the 5K course downtown.
It was a big night for longtime club runner Dr. Kerry Berg, whose Intermountain Foot & Ankle Associates is a club sponsor.
Berg ran for the 100th time and earned the club's black and gold 'Century Club' shirt.
Adam Goucher, arguably the most successful runner to come from Colorado Springs, stopped by to meet club members and sign copies of his book "Running the Edge."
Goucher will speak at 2 p.m., Feb.2 at Stargazers Theatre, 10 S. Parkside Dr. The event is free and everyone is invited.
The program is titled "Closing the Gap. The Line between tough and stupid, and saying it outloud."
And don't forget the Super Half Marathon and Game Day 5K, 10 a.m. Super Bowl Sunday.
