Any day down on the farm is a good day, but Saturday's GIVE! 4 Community Run/Walk made the experience extra special. About 100 runners and walkers made their way around Venetucci Farm to help raise funds and awareness for the Colorado Springs Independent's GIVE! Campaign.
Josiah Valenzuela, 20, Colorado Springs, captured the overall win, cruising through the cross-country course in 23 minutes, 24 seconds. Mary Baldwin, 23, Colorado Springs, a member of the Mighty Marmots Race Team, won the women's race in 33:41.
