This run starts in Pleasant Valley, goes through Garden of the Gods, up to Rampart Range Road, Down Williams Canyon, over in to Waldo Canyon, across 24 to Longs Ranch Rd. to Barr Trail, down Barr to the Inteman Trail to Red Rock Canyon and back to Pleasant Valley.
