The August AFLAC Iron Girl.  After I had gotten home from the Atlanta Iron Girl, my husband said, you are going to do another one, I know you are.  I was like, I am not sure.  Well, I guess the bug got me because I went out and bought my own road bike and signed up for another sprint tri.  I finished this tri in 1:38 something.  I beat my time by 19 minutes!  I think that I learned to transition faster and the new bike helped!
