The summer racing season officially came to an end on Thursday as The Triple Crown of Running held its annual awards ceremony at Ivywild School.
Carlos Ribal, 27, of Colorado Springs, was the men's overall winner. He finished the Garden of the Gods 10 Mile run in 59 minutes, 29 seconds, the Summer Roundup Trail Run in 47:07, and the Pikes Peak Ascent in 2:33:18.
Amanda Durner, 40, Colorado Springs, is the women's champion with finishing times of 1:10:23, 55:47 and 3:26:29.
