2011 Mountainboard Fall Classic Oct 1-2

Images from the 2011 MBS MOUNTAINBOARD FALL CLASSIC Freestyle event held in Colorado Springs, Colorado on October 1st. Fall Classic festivities over the weekend also included boardercross earlier on Saturday, as well as some freeriding in the nearby forests on Sunday.

Comment by Jeremy H on October 11, 2011 at 11:49am: For a long-time snowboarder who has never rode a mountainboard, let alone seen individuals of this caliber competing, this was a very cool thing to watch in person! MBS mountainboards, one of the 1st manufacturers (circa 1993), who was the host of this event, just so happens to have its headquarters here in The Springs. Why isn't this sport more popular, especially seeing it has been around for nearly 20 years now??
