Here is a photo I stopped to take quickly before continuing on at the Tunnel Hill 50/100 miler. This photo shows, but doesn't do enough justice to, the 543 foot long EXTREMELY DARK reason to run this race. The tunnel is very thrilling. This photo is a little reminder of my first attempt at 100, falling short but at my longest distance ever of 50 miles. I will be back for revenge!
