Rode the Air Force Academy Group Ride DVD tonight from Opt Out Cycling. This ride starts downtown and follows a group ride down towards the Air Force Academy. David really puts his own twist on his DVDs because in this ride he got a flat and the group left him. He then had to push as hard as he could down the Santa Fe Trail into the Academy and eventually hooked back up with the group. The group then did a lap around the Academy and finished up with a sprint.

I really enjoyed the workout. Almost the whole thing was a steady state effort at about 90 to 95% of threshold.
