As a charter consumer of Ed's new book, I would like to highly recommend it as a comprehensive guide to local (and surrounding areas) cycling. Ed has categorized climbs, with hill percentages, distances, and degree of difficulty! As a local Triathlon Coach, I find it full of resources to assist me in designing routes for my athletes. In addition to identifying Century Rides and Events, Bike Shops, and Cycling Groups/Clubs, in The Springs, it also offers a comprehensive guide to routes that include a "Warm Up", an "Aerobic component", leading to an "Anaerobic Load", followed by a "Cool Down".
