MotionX Studio Strength Coach Gina DeMarco, CSCS, will lead us through a Dynamic Warm-up showcasing the skills and techniques specifically built for the challenging needs of triathletes. By practicing these dynamic warm up drills consistently, you will learn and reinforce proper movement patterns needed, as well as getting the neuromuscular system ready to perform at its peak.
After the presentation by MotionX, Action Potential Physical Therapists, Phil Plante, DPT, and Renee Johnson, DPT, will provide an interactive practical presentation on how the neuromusculoskeletal system works and the effects of fatigue and posture on efficiency in the motor system.
