Yoga will make you a better athlete. Whether or not you ever touch your toes, yoga will cultivate balance in your body, preventing injury, sharpening focus, and enhancing your enjoyment of your sport and your life. Yoga brings flexibility to tight muscles, strength to proportionately weak spots, and a whole-body sense of integration. This 90 minute dynamic vinyasa sequence will build strength, increase flexibility, and cultivate the focus you need to perform at your peak.
This class is free and although it is designed for athletes, it is open to all!
